Can I get an itemized price quote?

The word has spread so much about our TRUE QUOTES that some of our competitors are finally trying to offer true quotes of their own. However, for some reason they still can’t grasp the concept of NO HIDDEN FEES. Send us their bid to get a real TRUE QUOTE with no obligations.

Can I make changes to an order?

Yes. Not only do we allow changes, we expect them. We understand that many of our customers are brides and grooms who have never been involved with a wedding. We do not expect you to know exactly what you will want from the start. Please feel free to ask questions and change your order accordingly. We do ask, however, that final changes are made one week prior to delivery.

How far in advance should I place my order?

It is never too soon to place an order. It is common, especially during our busy season, for customers to place an order up to one year in advance. Most orders however, are placed about 2-4 months prior to the event.

 

Do not be overly concerned if your event is coming up soon. It is never too late to place your order. We will always do our best to get the items you require for that last minute occasion.

Do I have to make an appointment to visit your showroom?

Although appointments are not necessary during showroom hours they are recommended. With scheduled appointments we can be sure to prepare for you individual needs.

What are your showroom hours?

Monday - Tuesday: 9am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: Closed

Thursday - Friday: 9am - 5:00pm

Saturday: All Discount Party Rental representatives are on location to ensure that each event runs smoothly and problem free. Showroom by appointment only.

Sunday: Closed

 

Can you deliver my rental items?

Yes. Standard delivery rates apply during our business hours. It is possible for us to deliver before and/or after these times with prior arrangement. Please remember that responsibility for all equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery until the time of pick up. Please be sure to keep items secured and protected from the elements.

What happens if my rental items are broken, burnt, damaged, and/or missing?

We must charge you for those items. However, we understand that accidents do occur and therefore we will only charge the exact cost of the item(s). We will not add on any extra charges such as re-stocking fees, service fees, or penalties.

Can you set up my rental items?

Yes. For an additional charge and with prior arrangement we can offer setup and breakdown services on some items.

Do my rental items need to be washed prior to return?

A: No. We do however ask that: all glassware is emptied of any liquid and placed back in their original crates; all china is scraped free of any excess food and placed back in their original crates; and that linen is shaken free of any debris and kept dry. We suggest that linen is not placed in black garbage bags as customers have accidentally thrown full bags away.

What is Discount Party Rentals's Privacy Policy?

Discount Party Rental is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or exchange customer information. We do not share any identifiable information with any outside parties.  We've established procedures to protect your privacy, which we vigorously uphold. Of course, this policy does not apply to information we are required to disclose by law, or in cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

Information regarding you (such as name, address, phone number, and email address) or your order and the products you purchase will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.

 

Discount Party Rental gathers navigational information about where you go on our websites and information about the technical efficiencies of our websites and services (i.e. time to connect to the website, time to download pages). This information allows us to see which areas of dprsb.com are most visited and helps us better understand our customers' experience at our sites. This helps us improve the quality of visitors' online experiences by recognizing and delivering more of the features, services and products our visitors prefer. Additional non-personally identifiable information (i.e. domain type, browser version, service provider and IP address) may be collected which will provide information regarding your use of our websites (such as the time of your last visit to a page on our site).

 

Customer information is gathered so we can better serve you, and we make every possible effort to ensure its security and to treat your information responsibly. When you become a Discount Party Rental customer, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. We also ask for your credit card number and its expiration date, should you select that method for payment.
